Keith Martin MP wants to delete 13(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Act - Charges Likely

From Ezra, H/T Canadian Sentinel

Keith Martin, a Liberal MP from Victoria, has introduced a private member's bill that is as groundbreaking as it is concise:

That, in the opinion of the House, subsection 13(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Act should be deleted from the Act.

Poor Keith he has no idea his actions will trigger double secret subclause WXJ9 of the Canadian Human Rights Act. More popularly known as the Warman Clause: WXJ9 reads "No one but Richard Warman may discuss, use, apply, think or pre-think about or otherwise attempt to tamper with my self-aggrandizing livliehood by threatening repeal, deletion and or modification of Section 13(1)".

Bravo Dr. Keith Martin, we'll take up a collection in your favour and send you smokes in the Bighouse.

PLEASE send a a heartfelt thanks to Dr. Martin through his website.

Ah, but Ezra informs us that Dr. Martin is a member of a visible minority (can't see it myself save, "guys over forty with all their hair") which, for HRC purposes trumps.

Nah, they have ways. I recall the anti-racism forum moderator on babble ( a woman of colour no less) referring to any minority who doesn't tow the party line as a "Native Informant". Look at Condi etc.
