Well maybe crying is too strong a reaction to hope for. Today is the Warman v Lemire hearing in Ottawa however The Canadian Human Rights Commission Racket itself is the real defendant.
Will Warman, Steacy et al be embarrassed, even humiliated? Not that they would demonstrate I suspect. Censorship Evangelists of this sort feel they are doing a secular variation of "The Lord's Work". Section 13(1) supporters have illustrated time and again that they are peculiarly tone deaf and possessed of an alien set of values that have little in common with ordinary Canadians.
Todays hearing may not produce any bombshell revelations but it will demonstrate to the CHRC & its profiteers that they are being watched and they do not represent the majority of Canadians. That their goals and tactics are vile, unwanted and considered a danger to decent society.
The hearing is primarily the work of Marc Lemire, his efforts constitute the first hammer blow on the first nail in the coffin of state censorship. Regardless of anyone's personal opinion of his views he is owed a debt of thanks. We who have joined this fight have to remain vigilant and Support M-446. An eternal 5th column, the censors never sleep and will patiently lie in wait, eager to take advantage of a sleeping nation.

I've been following Maclean's blog and I'm amazed at how narrow the scope is for Lamire's lawyer to ask questions. It appears only three questions are allowed to be asked and no new evidence is allowed to be presented.
I don't think any new information shall be garnered from this hearing, in fact the HRC has apparently intentionly tied the lawyers hands regarding finding out the truth.
I hope a civil suit is filed, under civil law the HRC would have to give all relevant documents to the plaintiff in Discovery.
Warman hasn't appeared in the court room according to Macleans.
I agree Rose its a bit of a snooze fest so far - but it is progress none the less.
I, too, have been following MacLeans, FreeDominions and Lemire's blog - and if there is not a reason for the OPP or the RCMP to open an investigation - then they are in cahoots.
This is no snooze - just the foreplay.
There are so many questions unanswered that need to be addressed = who is this 26 year old lady that had an IP account, however, ever so very briefly (ODD). Who paid the bill?

If Steacy's assistant and John Chamberlain were aware - what steps did they take to stop clearly illegal or inappropriate activity as they had both been made aware of it 9 months ago.
Is his assistant - who helped him post messages an accomplice, and is Steacy, Chase, Martinez and WARMAN guilty of posting hate crime messages as they were actual members of STORMFRONT?
Were they ever subject to a 13.1 complaint that went no where as Steacy et al were influencing the outcome?
If Barbara asks the right questions - depending on their answers - the Worn and Worm will be hoisted on their own pitard.
It will take patience and it appears Barb K has that in spades. She will wear them down.
I don't have much faith Blaze, the Feds are behind the HRC and section 13 and they don't want the applecart upended. Harper's silence makes me ashamed to be a conservative.
