More on Kinsella

Marc Weisblott EyeWeekly - More on Kinsella

....

Kinsella also used the column to rail against the CRTC’s landmark decision not to regulate the World Wide Web: “The single bureaucratic entity with the legal mandate to regulate harmful content on the Internet, concluding — for itself — that it will do nothing of the sort. Neo-Nazis, violent pornographers and pedophiles rejoice! You no longer need to ‘worry,’ to use [chairperson Françoise] Bertrand's own word, about a pesky government agency sticking its nose into your business. You now have license to do what you do best!”

....

The rest.

Those issues are covered under the Criminal Code and our National Security Act as you are well aware, if you aren't aware of that fact how the hell did someone as stupid as you appear Kinsella pass the Bar? Honestly, step away from the keyboard and read the most recent version of Criminal Code or borrow one from a cop.

Talk about blather, slather and sloppy journalism. Yes if section 13 is removed pedophiles shall run amok amongst Neo Nazis in our parks whilst pigs fly overhead taking pictures for Kinsella's blog. About as real as his picture of Neo Nazism in bathroom stalls.

Bang on Rose but then Kinsella has always had trouble with the truth - ask Jay Currie.
