Whenever I think 'England' and 'Boris', I get 'Bo-oris, the spi-ider...' Who? Yes!

Joking aside...it is about time the pendulum shifted.

Of course, it exposes 'political naives' like me to the concept that municipal politics are party-delineated. That is different from our Canadian experience (in theory - which makes it more open to manipulation, I suppose...is that right?)

What impact would there be on Canadian politics if (as some people are calling for) our municipal politics were just as officially party-polarized as our Provincial and Federal politics are?

Just think Toronto Xanthi, no need to look further.

Boris will tow the line to the EU masters in Parliament or he will meet with an accident.

Will a change to a conservative mayor:

Reduce the electronic surveillance of civilians?

Reduce the need for identity papers upon request by police?

Allow civilians the right to armed self defense?

Roll back the surveillance police state created by the fabians?

Deport the sharia creeps?

Only time will tell anon, but yes I suspect the rot is too deep to ever be eradicated.
