Don’t tell Carol Macomber you can’t fight city hall.
She did, and last September she and her lawyer negotiated a human rights settlement with metro’s municipal government, her former employer.
But taxpayers have been kept in the dark about the gender-based deal, because terms of the agreement between Ms. Macomber and Halifax Regional Municipality were kept secret.
....
Why am I not surprised to hear of secret settlements, Nova Scotia is home to Michael Noonan Human Rights Goof of the Year Nominee.
Details of Macomber's complaint, evidently people didn't like working with her.

A salient point to remember Cat Fur, is once the tyranny and malfeasance of the CHRC has been switched off by political backlash, Canadians are stuck with 10 provincial clones to contend with.
Each one populated with the same vindictive axe-grinders, NGO camp followers, career "hate industry" racketeers and parasitic public sector Marxists.
It's as if the CHRC was a cancer that has metastasized.
Yes it has metastastized, we are seeing marxist inspired social engineering being implemented one step at a time.
