Warman makes a Rock Star out of another Basement Nazi
Richard Warman has settled his federal human rights complaint about Internet hate posted by a Coquitlam man.
As part of a mediated settlement, Ciaran Paul Donnelly of Coquitlam agreed to permanently close his account on Stormfront, a U.S. website through which the hate messages were distributed, and ask to have his earlier postings deleted. He has also agreed to pay $1,000 in damages for making veiled threats against Warman and posting a picture of a sign reading: "The Church of Dead Warman."
Terms of the settlement, which prohibit Donnelly from posting further hate propaganda on the Internet or engaging in additional retaliation against Warman, will be registered with the Federal Court of Canada.
Warman has taken another nobody and made him famous. He ought to give up law and become an agent of the stars. In this case, he cleared another $1,000 tax-free dollars.
Another good day for Warman!

What a pathetic exhibition of hollow symbolism. In the larger scope of realities, is the Canadian Jewish community one bit safer now with one demented impotent retrograde loser humiliated (and now motivated to revenge) than it was before?
With genocidal anti-Jewish Islamic terrorists and their status quo NGO sympathizers and supporters becoming a well funded well organized, vocal and politically influential force in Canada and the UN what, exactly, do tawdry petty symbolic actions like this say about the people who spend political currency on them?
My gawd, what a misdirected waste of public resources this "victory" was, not to mention a puerile display of vacant intellectual narcissism.
.
Blazing - in actual fact, YOU'RE the real rock star!
Blaze on!
"mediated settlement" - is that the new CHRC euphemism for conviction and punishment?
Well, Well, Well. Lucy receives $1000 tax free and then donates it to CAIR - a tax free, taxpayer funded organization.
Does this qualify him for an income tax deduction for donations to a charity?
Where is the # for the "Snitch line" to Revenue Canada.
Too bad he's not 12-years-old!
Then he could get a judge in Quebec to overrule his 'grounding off the internet'...
You dolts! Warman donated the money to a victim fund. At least get some of your facts straight.
whoop de do that it was a victim fund,,,it doesnt matter. What does matter is that someone unharmed by the posting receives damages. How screwed up is that.
As noxious as the views are, what are we doing with this law? WHats the point of it?
It is busywork that acheives nothing and costs lots....and if they are to be believed hate has only gotten worse under their watch, so they are expensive AND useless. From a utilitarian point of view they are useless, from a rights point of view they are dangerous, from a legal point of view they uncontrolled.
So tell me again what good is the result of this policy or process. If you cannot justify it then it scrap it.
BTW explan to me how someone who has apparently broken government disclosure rules is allowed to work for DND...I am still trying to figure that one out.
