It’s a good start Frank but Section 13 (1) has to go. The CHRC is a rogue agency. The staff of the CHRC has been subject to undue influence and in fact there is a mounting body evidence that staff may have in fact colluded outright with certain individual(s). (Ugh post in haste repent at leisure, I really should read these before I hit send;)
