Strange New Kangaroos: Why is the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal allowing Richard Warman to act in place of the Canadian Human Rights Commission?

The Canadian Human Rights Commission, in what many consider to be an attempt to throw Richard Warman "under the bus", declined to further pursue it's action against Jason Ouwendyk, a complaint initiated by Warman himself.

The Canadian Human Rights Tribunal however have elected to allow the proceedings to go ahead with Richard Warman acting in seeming place of the Canadian Human Rights Commission. This course of action was taken despite the CHRC's decision to no longer pursue this case. The CHRC initially refused to appear at the hearing to explain themselves as requested by the CHRT.

Update: Daniel Poulin of the CHRC did finally deign to appear at the hearing and explain why the CHRC was dropping the case however no additional details on this appearance are currently available.

Still the question remains; Why has the Tribunal elected to allow Richard Warman to proceed in the CHRC's stead?

How odd. I've never seen this species of Kangaroo before. Perhaps some Legal Biologists may care to comment and help shed light on this newly found variant of marsupial justice;)

Background below:

As a start, for the first time in its history, the CHRC is backing off a Section 13 that they have taken all the way to a scheduled hearing. The CHRC responded to the Paul Fromm letter with two letters of their own to the CHRT informing the tribunal that it (the CHRC) would no longer be prosecuting this case and that they would not be attending the August 18 hearing in Hamilton. See pdfs here and here.

But the hearing chairman, Athanasios Hadjis, is not going to let them off the hook so easily. In a reply letter Mr. Hadjis told the CHRC that he expects them to appear at the hearing and he expects them to explain exactly why they are backing out at this last possible hour. See pdf here.

Oh God no - not Athanasios Hadjis demanding the CHRC to explain itself but then letting his friend "Lucy" proceed to a private persecution AND misrepresent his dear self as "Saxon".

How many IDs has this zealot had and is he sueing any of them without remembering?

No citizen's arrest or private prosecution (since your keystone cops appear to be constipated) for "Hate Crimes" in Canada?

This is really starting to stink, something must be up here. maybe the CHRC has decided to contract Warman on his own file;)

One of the early witness reports that there is selective memory loss at this hearing as well.

Yes I have read that allegation as well as a second allegation that the Old School CHRC Ambush tactic of introducing "new" evidence at the last minute was attempted but shot down by the Tribunal. This is evidence the defendants would not have seen prior to their hearing. No one knows how to ignore the precepts of natural law and abuse due process like the CHRC does... and it's ex-employees do;)

The last update indicates that not only the CHRC BUT Athanasios Hadjis is a "No Show"

"Lucy Choo Choo" might not have heard the train a coming ...or was it a Bus?

Regardless, how DND allows one of it's employees to cast it in such a poor light is beyond me when real "soldiers" are off in Afghanistan dying for their country.
