Upperdate: Ezra has a post far more gracious than my own discussing Warren Kinsella's hurried departure from the CJC. As I have become privy to certain of the details behind Kinsella's exit I am not at this time able to extend a charitable thought to him.
Warren Kinsella went after Kathy Shaidle , among other of his smears, he lied that she was an anti-semite. I will never forget this. Kathy Shaidle will forgive him, I am unable to at this time. No details regarding the additional despicable actions against Kathy Shaidle that precipitated Kinsella's unceremonius dumping will be revealed by me, suffice it to say that Warren Kinsella's threats extended well beyond TVO and Steve Paikin. Good people stepped forward to renounce Warren Kinsella's vile and gutless tactics, that is my comfort, and for that those who spoke up deserve privacy.

Uh right Warren, the position may not have been a paid one and no one has suggested it was, but you seem to have forgotten this relationship, seems a bit more formal than "free advice" offered "twice". In the last 2-3 years, the 'new wave' anti-semitism has really, really increased its presence in the Liberal party of Canada. It does not mean that the party itself ever intended to move in that direction, but, the fact remains that more and more virulent anti-semites have risen to positions of influence within the Liberal Party of Canada.
The recent hostilities on Canadian streets and Universities have brought this fact out in a way it was not seen before.
Kinsella's own performance - quite apart from his insults to Kathy, who has staunchly supported the right of Israel to exist - would be enough to make the CJC take a second, sober look at the wisdom of associating with that man. It's just the icing on the cake...

A "Non-Disclosure clause" suggests this is not a happy event nor a mutually agreeable one.

He claims that he is a Lawyer but like "Lucy" must be a non-practicing one for most of his time appears to be spent with his buddy reading blogs (and searching for comments/references about himself)in his dark basement at night.
