Original Post Below:
Lumpy Grumpy & Frumpy posted some nice shots of the Nazis for Gaza Freedom March in Toronto.
Something caught my eye in one of her photos which I posted below, notice the "flag staff", it reads "Palestine House". I guess Nazi Ideology is part of the curriculum taught in their " language instruction and lebensraum immigrant settlement programs". You know, the ones your taxes pay for.
This is taken from NGO Monitor's submission to the CPCCA posted below.
•Palestine House Educational (PHE) (Mississauga, Ontario): PHE received $747,314 from the Canadian government in 2008-9 for language instruction ; and Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has two agreements totaling over $3 million through 2010 for language instruction and immigrant settlement.

Well like everything else nowadays I guess it takes alot of cash to train Nazis. Take comfort in the knowledge your tax dollars are being put to good use and will benefit our collective Suicide by Multiculturalism Mosaic of Diversity. Thanks Mr. Government;)

1. Chalk 2009 up as another good year for freedom of expression in Canada.
Last Tuesday the Supreme Court of Canada gave the media a new defence with which to defend defamation lawsuits. It's called the "responsible communication" defence and allows the media to defend itself even if some of the facts reported can't be proven to be truthful. It won't allow the media to run roughshod over reputations but it should encourage more investigative reporting.
2. A Canadian Human Rights Tribunal did the unthinkable. It declared that Section 13, the hate speech section, of the Canadian Human Rights Code, violates the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Let's hold our applause for the decision as it's been appealed to the Federal Court of Canada and we still have a patchwork of 11 human rights codes in Canada leading to the strange situation where the same complaint may be filed in multiple jurisdictions. Section 13 is currently under review by Parliament's Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights.
Ok Zafar, Canada's Islamofascist Poster Boy for immigration reform, didn't author this piece he only published it in his magazine.

The drill theory has striking parallels with the 9/11 attacks..."

Sketchy reports are indicating that a chemical known as PETN was part of the failed Islamist terror attack in Detroit: "Pentaerythritol tetranitrate (PETN) is an explosive chemical that is currently used as the primary ingredient in detonating fuses and as a component (mixed with hexahydro-1,2,5-trinitro-1,3,4-triazine) in“plastic” explosives such as Semtex. Structurally, PETN resembles nitroglyerin, a compound whose pharmacological as well as explosive properties it shares".

Hamas Supporter Playdate Scheduled for tommorow, Bernie Farber is expected to lie again.
Detroit residents have halted a daring Federal Government attempt to revitalize their decayed city.
The White House is nonetheless said to regard the failed initiative as a successful "proof of concept" pilot project combining efforts of both the Domestic Stimulus Package and Obama's multi-million-dollar technology fund for Muslim nations.
The Detroit undertaking had been widely expected to shore up the administrations image in a traditional Democratic Party stronghold and also reverse the nation wide downward trend in the Presidents job approval ratings just in time to celebrate the 1st anniversary of Obama's tenure. Bill Ayers, the White House spokesman for the Department of Radical Renewal advised that the project goal was to effect both a domestic economic stimulus while simultaneously bettering relations with Muslim nations by providing technology, in the form of aircraft, that Islamists could either blow up or fly into buildings.
A "Win - Win for everybody, but somehow the publics vital role in success was incorrectly communicated " said Ayers. The clearly frustrated spokesman then lashed out at Fox News for highlighting the pilot projects failure and harshing the mellow of the Presidents Hawaiian vacation. Ayers also expressed grave doubts that Fox would have even noticed had this initial "limited program" been a success in reshaping a portion of Detroits current urban landscape.
An opinion survey of passengers and crew aboard the project airliner resulted in findings that indicate an almost overwhelmingly negative regard for Obama's latest outreach effort, further confounding administration officials who emphasised that while the electorate voted for just this type of Hope & Change, they perversely remain unwilling to make the sacrifice expected of them under the Presidents declared agenda. Nowhere was the public's contrarian viewpoint more evident than in the impromptu concensus to beat the livin bejeezus out of the project's Islamist Dirtbag Community Liason Manager.
Speaking as an elder statesman Jimmy Carter extended his sincere empathy for the concerns of citizens, asking however that they renew their committment to the ideals of the Democratic Party. The former President later retracted his sentiments when he found out he couldn't blame Israel.

By now anyone remotely familiar with the Canadian Human Rights Commission is aware of their paranoid security fetish, which runs the gamut from efforts to subvert justice through secret trials all the way to creating "Fort Lynch" at their super secret clubhouse in Ottawa - all necessary to keep the proles at bay we are assured while they go about their self defined business of gutting our Charter Rights.
Which brings us to this gentleman's report alleging that the CHRC and AHRC may have excercised their usual Thuggish Charm on 2 disabled citizens. Remarkably the report indicates that photos of the protesters were taken by individuals ensconced in Canada Place, home to both the CHRC and AHRC offices. Fortunately photos of the Stasi operatives were also taken:
Will Federal Investigation expose Human Rights Violations in Alberta
"...Canada Place the building downtown Edmonton which houses the Federal Human Rights Commission, was a similar story with a twist. Two disabled men had been carrying signs regarding Human Rights violations, when they approached the face of the Canada Place, a lady came running out, no coat or anything to protect her from the -20c weather, asked for a brochure that the men were handing out, as they watched her run back into the building they noticed a group of people taking pictures of them from inside, so in true protest fashion they in turn took their own pictures of those watching them. These two men never went into Canada Place but yet they were told to leave, as they were on private property, 1 it is a federal building, 2 the sidewalk is public property. The two men were threatened by Canada Place Security Commissionaires that if they do not remove themselves from the property the Edmonton Police Service were on hand to escort these men away or possibly arrested.
The questions I have is why both Human Rights Commissions had stopped the protesters when it is not illegal? Who handed out the original orders? Were the Human Rights Offices working together on this?"
...

NB: I have asked the author if he has access to the photos taken and if they recorded the identity of the security staff who were sent to intimidate them and of the citizens who came to their aid. I have also asked for a copy of the brochure they were handing out.

Couldn't they have hired someone who might at least endure residing in Ottawa, rather than haul Langtry's ass half way across the continent so he can "go to work"? Langtry is on the public tit till 2012-07-31 at a salary class of GCQ 6 $ 163,000 - $ 191,800.
Guest Post by Gary K.
On June 16, 2006, The Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, Vic Toews, Q.C., appointed David Langtry to the position of full-time Commissioner of the Canadian Human Rights Commission. Langtry (that would be Lynch’s underling) was elevated to the position of Deputy Chief Commissioner on August 3, 2007.
Langtry’s carbon footprint is so frickin’ large, it would make Al Gore green with envy. Did you know that the taxpayer’s of Canada pay all of his travel and accommodation expenses for him to travel from his home in Manitoba to Ottawa, on a weekly basis, so that he can “conduct regular business at Commission headquarters?” Uh?
Recently, I compiled a spreadsheet with embedded links that refer back to the CHRC website reflecting Langtry’s expenses for the period commencing late June 2006 – Dec 2007.
A few weeks ago, Lynch testified before the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights. She stated emphatically that the commission’s work was very important to all Canadians. Is it Jenny? Then tell us why your deputy commissioner only worked 174 days during the entire year of 2007. We can see the enormous amount of “hate”, “discrimination” and “social inequalities” there is to combat out there when your “full-time” commissioner only works “part-time” hours extracting a “full-time” salary from the taxpayer’s of our nation - generously supported and backed by members of our elected officials to fulfill a politically-correct mandate. Now we see why the CHRC needs to continuously increase their “expanding knowledge”, Jen. You need seek out more work for your under-burdened, over-blown bureaucracy. Right?
So, what did Langry’s total travel and hospitality expenses cost taxpayer’s of this nation in 2007? Answer: $73,024.40. And from this total expense, how much of it was used to ferry his ass from Manitoba to Ottawa on a weekly basis to go to work? Answer: $45,580.39. I should mention that it still continues to this day. That’s right. Canadian taxpayer’s have been contributing to his frequent-flyer miles program for three and a half years. Did I mention that he only worked 174 days in 2007?
Pay particular attention to these dates entered on the spreadsheet (11/16/2007– 11/22/2007). Mr. Langtry was attending a “National” Human Rights Institutions forum and relieved the taxpayer’s for a mere $8,305.34 of their collective funds. Where was this “National” forum held? Moncton? Saskatoon? Ft. McMurray? Puce, Ontario? Nope. It was held in Uganda. When did Uganda become a frickin’ province of our Confederation?
While composing this letter, I have hurled every [fill-in-the-blank] phobic remark at my computer screen that I can think of. If any members of the “human rights” racket were present they would have me arrested, purloined my bank account, and sent me off to re-education camp to spoon feed me with their propaganda-based pablum.
I hope that Langtry has selected good quality luggage for his many travels.
.. And in closing:
- Fire. Them. All.
- repeal or restrict their mandate to prevent this organization from adding new causes (victim-class categories) on their “things to do” list
- deny any government funds to all NGO’s, “stakeholders” or “special interest” groups that do “business” with our federal and provincial “human rights” regime
- conduct a forensic audit to determine if any “real” laws, policies or procedures were breached by this organization or any of its “stakeholders”
Jettisoned taxpayer,
Gary K.

Then resolve the contradictions you have created through insistence that none of the elements is absolute and each element must be weighed off against the others. Finally, systematically and incrementally work to favor the bogus elements of the concept until the original meaning is totally lost.
This is what has been happening to the concept of "human rights" under the regime of antidiscrimination laws. By asserting a right to be free from discrimination, various government commissions and associated lobby groups have — for a long while — gradually undermined private property rights, which underlie our freedom to trade and our freedom of association. By doing so, these groups now claim extensive power to ride roughshod over private decisions."

He signed it.

"A second source of alarm is that human-rights machinery is threatening to become a monster mocking the meat it feeds on. Human rights should protect individuals from political, social and religious oppression. The state has the responsibility for enacting laws and creating institutions to monitor and enforce them. Groups can capture the political agenda and subvert the process to “protect” group human rights by penalizing individuals who dissent from community views and behaviour.
Criminalizing hate speech is a case in point, especially when offence is established by the hurt sensibilities of a complainant. University campuses, which should be among the front-line defenders of free speech, have been among the first to succumb to political correctness and lobby group pressure. Yale University Press, for example, published a book on the Danish cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed but refused to reprint the cartoons." Read it all.

Such acts were clearly viewed with alarm by the white establishment. The first snowfall in Toronto of any significance this season. Roads look greasy but otherwise fine at 6:30 am, expect a bumper-car like driving experience as usually attends the first fall however.

Note that his activity is being monitored so please do not entice him to act out or otherwise reveal potentially damaging information regarding his recents travails. Do all that you can to welcome him back in a supportive, though not in an enabling or co-dependent manner.
Update: Jay has been granted bail, with certain restrictions as to movement, residence and association applicable, however I am informed his site will be up again shortly as this may not constitute a breach of his surety assuming no communication with specific parties is attempted via his blog.

Original Post Below.
Our good friend and tireless free speecher Jay Currie has sadly found himself enmeshed in a serious legal entanglement. I am unable to provide specific (and potentially prejudicial) details at this time as the case is pending before the courts. As I have noted in my response to the numerous enquiries received we must find it in our hearts to remember all the good that Jay has done.
Please do not rush to judgement, as always our imperative must be to hate the sin and not the sinner. Methamphetamine abuse takes a horrible toll, not only on the addict but also on those closest to him. Sure Jay was a good guy, but's lets face it when he started Tweaking, well let's just say he wasn't the same and leave it at that. Did he write bad cheques? Yes of course he did, but what junkie who could still hold a pen hasn't?
Is it right and just and moral that we condemn Jay for the numerous transgressions that currently have him facing serious jail time? Ok, it probably is, but that's beside the point, Jay is our friend.
Who among you hasn't squandered their families life savings? You! Yes you, in that fine glass house! Have you not turned tricks on Davie St. when times got tough? Well maybe not you Mr. & Mrs. Uptight Morality but Jay thought it was a good idea, especially after looting his invalid mother's accounts.
I met Jay years ago, we used to hit the bar at the Hildon, suck back a few draft and watch the Price is Right, he was there every morning at 9 am for the opening. Reliable, that's what I said of Jay then, once the shakes dissipated.
Enterprising? That's Jay! He let me in on the best smuggling routes out of Point Roberts, even bankrolled my first runs. Sure I cut him out at the first available opportunity, after it became apparent he was working as a snitch, but damn I'm still grateful to him.
You needed to score? You name it and Jay could get it, hell he practically created the market for T's & R's. He had friends everywhere, The Balmoral, St. Regis, Columbia, the Carnegie and let's not forget his contacts among the working girls, ( the ones who didn't want to Shiv him anyway). Yes Jay was the man, we used to call him "The King of Welfare Wednesday" , "The Maestro of Mardis Gras", "The Bosworth of Blood Alley" and sometimes, actually quite frequently, "The Bastard Who Short Counted Me".
So please, find it in your hearts to forgive Jay, cause you're not likely gonna see dime one of what he owes you.

Oh and the Canadian Arab Federation is still dumb as a Sack of Jihadis, cutting off funding to leftist loonies & Islamists is not an attack on freedom of speech.
