I'm not sure who to cheer for in this one. If you want to learn why the Taxi business is such a mess in Toronto read this.

Adding The Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario into the mix can never be a good thing.

Easy fix for this. Repeal the license requirement. EVERYBODY gets to drive cab.

BCF - having done many things in life, not the least of which is drive a cab here in Hamilton for 20 yr, I would say the biggest headache is gov't intrusion and mismanagement of the biz.
