It’s not possible to censor all the vile gibberish that abounds. The best thing to do is expose it to reasonable people and understand that they will mock it appropriately, as seems to be the case with the alAmeen Post.

This is the inevitable result of supposedly reputable media outlets publishing rumour and innuendo. The Swedish "story" sanitizes the issue so that it isn't much of a leap from "Israel transplanted organs from various dead people, some of whom were Palestinian, in circumstances requiring investigation" to "Israel kills non-Jews to use their organs as spare parts for Jews." The apology basically says: "hey, it already was out there in the mainstream media and we came across this newer news item that, based on the first item, seemed within the realm of credibility."
You couldn't have the second without the first.
The BCMA is semi-notorious here in the Lower Mainland. Several years ago the BC Muslim School, run by the BCMA was investigated by the Ministry of Education over a whole series of issues, ranging from fudgy finances to failure to teach ANY of the official curriculum. These guys are Jihadists, and their school is little more than a madrassa. However, everything was eventually swept under the rug when the BCMA "agreed" to stipulations form the Min of Ed. Though those were never made public.
