Leaving aside the fact that its pretty much impossible to silence computer communications without shutting off ALL telephone service completely (ask the Chicoms, they know), what did any of us expect the US government to do?
These guys have had a woody to control this thing ever since they finally knew what it was. About 2005 that was, if I remember right.
