In Canada discouraging mixed marriages and wanting people of another race to move away is only racist if white people do it by burning a cross on someone's front yard in Nova Scotia (which by the way is disgusting and racist). However, if you are not white and you belong to a certain victim identity group banning mixed marriages and kicking people off your turf in the name of self-preservation is A-OK.
