Shiksa's can never be Victims Says Canadian Jewish Congress....Pedophiles... well that's different
Hypocrisy thy name is the Canadian Jewish Congress. The CJC is in a lather because the Toronto Police Services Board listed "non-jewish shikse" as a new category of victim group. Shiksa is a pejorative term for gentile women. We had fun with that in my earlier post.
I speculated that the CJC was up in arms over the emergent Shiksa Rights Movement simply because it was an embarassment to the Jewish Community and could in fact turn the CJC's beloved hate crime laws against the community itself. This prospect must absolutely horrify the CJC given their status as Canada's premier cheerleader for our ludicrous hate speech laws such as Section 13 (1). Now I know I'm right.
Today we learn that the Toronto Police Services Board have evidently also included "Pedophiles" as a new victim group in their latest report, which is not yet public, according to this article in the National Post.
"The letter also objects to the "police" category because police already enjoy special legal protection under the Criminal Code, and "Nazi" because political beliefs are not grounds for a hate crime. The letter does not mention feminists, teachers, infidels or pedophiles."
So let me get this straight. The CJC complains about Shiksa's but says nada about pedophiles being listed as a victim group in their "Shiksa complaint letter"? Nope, No Sir, No Way, Not A Word, well I for one am glad to see the CJC has aired its priorities for public scrutiny. The CJC is right about "hate laws" being taken to absurd levels, but their objection to shiksa over pedophiles punts the CJC itself straight into self serving PC loonietoon's land.
On behalf of my Oppressed Shiksa Sisters, go stuff it CJC Hypocrites.

An article was published in Saturday's edition of La Presse on accommodations in schools of the Toronto area. We learn that school authorities have a 59 pages manual with info on the requirements of various religions.
Examples of accommodations in elementary schools:
- a curtain separating boys and girls during swimming lessons
- no wind instruments for music class because ahmadis object to these instruments
- mandatory hijab for girls from age 8
- school director's office decorated with pictures of Ayatollah Khomeini
- etc etc

It really is theatre of the absurd. I see the CJC has dispatched two of its lame trolls to leave comments at the National Post article. And boy are they lame.
I wrote the following letter to the National Post. Before reading the letter, let me point out that many of the comments are well over the top. Some have even written that a 'shiksa' is every Jewish boy's fantasy'. That is just nuts. Go to any beach in Israel and let your eyes have a look. Here is the letter.

It simply boggles the mind that the Toronto Police Service Hate Crimes report would identify “non-Jewish Shiksa” and “Nazi” as belonging to a group that can be targets of hate crime.
Our hate crimes were written to protect those who are at risk of being victims of hate, bigotry and discrimination as a result of how they were born and not what they chose to become.
We do not always find ourselves in agreement with Canadian Jewish Congress but on this matter I imagine most reasonable people would support he CJC’s call for the police to change their ways on this report.

I also wonder is a member or members of the Toronto Police have an agenda against the Jewish community. So far no charges are laid against a former York students who calls for the murder of Jews. This should be the priority not nonsense.
Meir, no charges have been laid against Salman Hossein, just as the investigation of the Machete incident in Ottawa also seems stalled if it exists at all. Now recall that the CHRC also failed to prosecute a Montreal Imam last year despite his calls for the death of Homosexuals and various slurs against infidels & Jews, No charges were ever laid against the marcher screaming you're gonna fuckin die jewish child, Palestine House sponsors Islamist speakers with tax payer money who rejoice at the prospect of another holocaust etc etc etc...
However the "authorities" did toss the Jewish community a bone recently when they arrested tried and jailed an 83 year old Guelph based Geriatric Nazi for scribbling on washroom walls - all in record time - less than 6 mos. from date of arrest. Enfeebled Nazis don't put up much of a fight when cornered as they well know and no one riots in the streets when they're locked up.
You know what all that tells me? It says you are a declining demographic whose value as an ethnic voting bloc is in irreversible decline and the authorities know which side their bread is buttered on.
It also tells me support for hate speech laws by yourself and the CJC is sheer folly. You and I both know that laws such as Section 13 (1), or some other jurisdictions variant will be used against members of the Jewish community one day. You know how close we are to that now.

Meir, my take is this.
When the police are not too enamored with a deemed political dictate (as in this whole HRC / Police initiative now going on with Barbra Hall and the Mayor of Toronto to expand the role of the police in being Human Rights Monitors), they always over-react to demonstrate the absurdity of politically charged stupidities.
If Bernie Faber wasn't such a feckless and effete (cough) community "leader", do you not think they would put some effort into going after that little prick from Tehran U - York Campus?
The police aren't the problem.
Bernie being such an annoying crybaby, is. (you remember the story about the boy who cried wolf a little too much?)
And personally, this is exactly what happens when the right to Free Speech STOPS becoming a "right", in that it also becomes a criminal act to REPUDIATE HATE.

I understand that you are a student of Jewish knowledge and learning so you are probably aware of the famous story by Rabbi Judah Loew ben Bezalel of 16th C. Prague who who reportedly created a "Golem" to defend Prague's Jewry from anti-Semitic attacks.
As you may recall, to protect the Jewish community, the Rabbi constructed a Golem out of clay and brought it to life through mystical Hebrew incantations.
As the Golem grew, it became increasingly violent, killing gentiles and spreading fear.
The Golem eventually turned on its creator, and began attacking other Jews.
The Emperor begged Rabbi Loew to destroy the Golem, promising to stop the persecution of the Jews which the Rabbi did by altering the mystical incantation and changing the monster's name.

There is no doubt in my mind that the HRC which Bernie and the CJC were so instrumental in creating, is a "Golem Monster".
In our contemporary world, Free Speech HAS TO BE an inalienable right to ALL citizens. Otherwise it becomes unworkable as the best and strongest defense against anti-semitism itself.
As a Jew, anti-semitism is NOT MY PROBLEM, but rather that of the anti-semite. Free Speech as an UNWAVERING RIGHT, is the most effective way to counter the abject ignorance and stupidity of an anti-semite. Any restrictions thereof, inhibit my ability to express my total disdain and contempt of anti-semites.
To be sure, like the Golem of old, HRCs' are now turning against Jews as we are clearly experiencing.

It is after considerable contemplation that I have lately arrived at the decision that I must withdraw from the two performances scheduled in Israel on the 30th of June and the 1st of July.
One lives in hope that music is more than mere noise, filling up idle time, whether intending to elate or lament.
Then there are occasions when merely having your name added to a concert schedule may be interpreted as a political act that resonates more than anything that might be sung and it may be assumed that one has no mind for the suffering of the innocent.
I must believe that the audience for the coming concerts would have contained many people who question the policies of their government on settlement and deplore conditions that visit intimidation, humiliation or much worse on Palestinian civilians in the name of national security.
I am also keenly aware of the sensitivity of these themes in the wake of so many despicable acts of violence perpetrated in the name of liberation.
Some will regard all of this an unknowable without personal experience but if these subjects are actually too grave and complex to be addressed in a concert, then it is also quite impossible to simply look the other way.
I offer my sincere apologies for any disappointment to the advance ticket holders as well as to the organizers.
My thanks also go to the members of the Israeli media with whom I had most rewarding and illuminating conversations. They may regard these exchanges as a waste of their time but they were of great value and help to me in gaining an appreciation of the cultural scene.
I hope it is possible to understand that I am not taking this decision lightly or so I may stand beneath any banner, nor is it one in which I imagine myself to possess any unique or eternal truth.
It is a matter of instinct and conscience.
It has been necessary to dial out the falsehoods of propaganda, the double game and hysterical language of politics, the vanity and self-righteousness of public communiqués from cranks in order to eventually sift through my own conflicted thoughts.
I have come to the following conclusions.
One must at least consider any rational argument that comes before the appeal of more desperate means.
Sometimes a silence in music is better than adding to the static and so an end to it.
I cannot imagine receiving another invitation to perform in Israel, which is a matter of regret but I can imagine a better time when I would not be writing this.
