Blaze I'm thinking that the previous victims of Section 13 persecutions could ask the courts for damages ala legal costs because that piece of legislation is a violation of our charter of rights. Even their own tribunal ruled that the process is a violation, ergo those hauled before them could be entitled to financial renumeration.
Also this sets a precident that just because the police can detain you without just cause doesn't mean they'll get away with violating the charter, how much is this ruling going to cost the taxpayers of Tarrana because of the G20 police actions?
