I'm a supporter of the Monarchy and Parliamentary Democracy but consider Prince Charles a wing nut. As far as Queen Elizabeth II goes, I'm a real fan and hope she reigns a long, long time.
If Charles is still alive when she dies, I hope the Crown skips him and that Prince William becomes King. And, then, I think these guys -- Charles, Wills, and Harry -- need to stop playing polo: They rub shoulders with way too many Muslim Saudi Sheiks, who seem to have done a real number on Queen Liz's Number-one son.
Charles seems to live in his own little world, if anyone has a death wish for the monarchy it is he.
