1) Square Mile Wife breaks the story on the Blood Libel MasterCard which supports the RS Foundation, an alleged not for profit charity that does work overseas, primarily in Muslim nations.
- We learn the RS Foundation is headed by a Jew-Baiting Islamist 9/11 Truther named Shujaat Wasty; "There is no doubt that the Zionist movement occupies a primary role in the WTC attacks" Shujaat Wasty
- The RS Foundation's "Partners" have interesting histories channeling funds to terrorists
- Also revealed; Shujaat Wasty is an employee of the Federal Government
- The Memory Hole; the RS Foundation attempts to scrub its site of reference to Shujaat Wasty
2) The Ottawa Terror arrests occur in order to prevent “financial support” going to international terrorists for weapons to attack western coalition forces." Perhaps it was the type of "financial support" that can easily be channelled via an innocuous charitable foundation?
- Misbahuddin Ahmed is the first suspect linked to the RS Foundation
- Khurram Syed Sher is linked to Dr. Fasahat Wasty of London ON
- Fasahat Wasty's relationship with "Shuj Wa" aka Shujaat Wasty who runs the RS Foundation is found
- Khurram Syed Sher is revealed as a director of the RS Foundation and the link to the Blood Libel MasterCard is firmly established.
- Bloggers and readers contribute links regarding Dr. Fasahat Wasty's wife Zeba Hashmi aka Heba al-Shareef who is the sister of Muhammad al Shareef - founder of the radical Almaghrib Institute
- The RS Foundation's status as a "not for profit" is perfect for financial deception
The good: CSIS, the CSE and the RCMP did a great job for which we are all indebted, well except for one thing - they should have given credit to Scaramouche for comin up with "Project Samosa", c'mon we know some of you guys read that blog! You stole it, we know it.
The bad: Too many among the MSM are either jaded beyond redemption or they are cowards & useful idiots. The Blood Libel MasterCard got a lot of play on the blogs, but not a single mention in the MSM. I see the visits to my own blog from the Globe, the Star, Canwest, CTV, the CBC et al, someone had to notice. Some who were contacted expressed interest but had good reason not to follow up, reporters don't get to pick and choose the stories they cover and admittedly this wasn't as sexy as a boatload of gatecrashing Tamils.
As for the rest I'm left shaking my head in wonder and with alot of questions. Perhaps a Jew Baiting 9/11 Truther fronting an alleged charity is the new normal, even acceptable in some circles? It's not as if we haven't witnessed agenda driven journalism in the MSM before, especially when it concerns the "muslim community". How much smoke does there have to be before someone decides to see if there's a fire? Is the MSM cowed or motivated by political correctness? Have they been castrated by fear of a Muslim Backlash?
What if the authorities hadn't been on to these guys?
Hey, thanks for going to bat for me re the Project Samosa name thing. What would have happened if CSIS et al hadn't been on top of this? One shudders to think of the possibilities, but here are two: lots more "Pakistan flood victim" shekels in the hands of the bad guys, and perhaps a big kaboom in the Montreal Metro.

That's what concerns me there's no sense of outrage in most of the MSM, too scared, too politically correct, too left and multiculty indoctrinated.
Asise from a few notable exceptions in the MSM it's up to the blogs to spread the word and alert the world to this stuff cause they sure as hell won't do it.

One take away from all this: It takes a bomb plot for the MSM to even begin to take an interest in a story like this. Otherwise, the National Post, the Toronto Star, the Globe & Mail, the CBC, CTV and all the rest are 100% ok with a blood libel spewing, 9/11 Truther collecting charitable donations via Mastercard.
They don't care. They don't think it is a problem. Or they are more worried about being sued than they are concerned about telling the truth. Or they are all in the same bed taking money from the same monsters and the hell with tomorrow, let alone the little people.
Not that we should be surprised, even if the men charged with terror offenses are convicted, the Left is sure to celebrate them as hero-victims in exactly the same way they do the Toronto 18. Plan an assault on Parliament Hill, plan to behead the Prime Minister, and they will write award winning plays in your honour.
It isn't the jihadis who are going to get us all killed (though they will be the ones holding the knife), it isn't even the Left (though they will be cheering right up until the moment it is their necks on the line), it is the "moderates" who are more afraid of saying something out of turn than defending our lives, not to mention our civilization.
I couldn't tell you how many people tell me - privately and off the record - how "concerned" they are at the state of things. So concerned they won't lift a finger to help.

CBC Radio 1 finally picked up on the Mastercard story. I heard it on a 6:00pm news broadcast on Saturday. I haven't read the entire story which BCF has worked so hard to investigate, but the CBC item pointed out that the RS Foundation is actually a for-profit company. Is that true?
