TORONTO, May 31, 2010 - B'nai Brith Canada has expressed its regret for the loss of life and several casualties, including Israeli personnel, that took place when a ship from the Free Gaza Flotilla refused to enter safe harbour in Israel for customary cargo inspection procedures, and Israel was forced to intercept it.
The Free Gaza Flotilla was organized by the International Humanitaire Hilfs organization (IHH), a radical Islamist organization based in Turkey. Numerous reports have linked the IHH to terrorist organizations across the globe, including Al-Qaeda, Hamas, and the Muslim Brotherhood.
Participants of the Gaza flotilla have been recorded chanting "Jews, remember Khyabar, the army of Mohammed is returning," a slogan referring to a seventh-century massacre of Jews in Arabia.
"The kangaroo courts of NGOs and countries hostile to Israel have already joined the stampede to condemn the Jewish State and her supporters across the globe," said Frank Dimant, Executive Vice President of B'nai Brith Canada. "The truth is irrelevant for those whose prejudice against Israel as a Jewish State is uppermost. This very sad incident gives hate mongers one more chance to spew their venom against Israel and the Jewish people.
"We commend both the Canadian and American governments who have demonstrated wisdom and compassion with their statements expressing sorrow for the dead while awaiting all of the facts before rushing to judgment. We also await the facts and urge rational Canadians not to jump to conclusions, even though there are many who are trying hard to seize this obviously-staged opportunity for the purpose of spreading hateful propaganda.
"No one should be fooled that the Gaza flotilla was part of some docile humanitarian mission. This was an action organized primarily by Islamists with ties to various terrorist groups across the globe whose obvious goal was to provoke Israel into a response."

Key Points for Consideration
1. Israeli sailors, attempting to board one of the six ships of the protest flotilla en route to Gaza, were attacked by dozens of activists armed with knives, metal bars, and handguns. Fearing for their lives, the Israeli soldiers had no choice but to respond. At least four Israeli personnel were wounded by various means, including by gunfire from activists.
2. Israel made every effort to provide the flotilla organizers with an opportunity to avoid a confrontation. Israel offered to bring the flotilla into the port of Ashdod, and to transfer their aid to Gaza following appropriate security checks. The organizers rejected this offer, stating clearly that "this mission is not about delivering humanitarian supplies, it's about breaking Israel's siege." (Greta Berlin, AFP, 27 May 10).
3. Israel gave repeated warning of the maritime blockade in effect off the coast of Gaza and that the flotilla would be turned away and brought to an Israeli port to offload their cargo.
4. The organizers of the protest deliberately invited a confrontation with Israeli sailors. This was not an aid mission, but a PR stunt designed to undermine Israel and bolster Hamas, internationally recognized as a terrorist organization. Among the protestors were a group of highly-trained extremists with links to the Muslim Brotherhood and jihadist groups in Afghanistan.
5. There is no blockade on humanitarian aid to Gaza. In fact, Israel delivers 15,000 tons of humanitarian aid - including medical supplies, food, and water - to Gaza every week. The blockade exists to prevent unauthorized individuals and unknown cargo from entering Gaza and falling into the hands of its ruling Hamas regime.
6. Hamas is presently smuggling in massive amounts of military supplies into Gaza to fortify its positions and continue its attacks. Under international law Israel has the right to intercept vehicles that are "believed on reasonable grounds to be carrying contraband or breaching a blockade, and after prior warning they intentionally and clearly refuse to stop, or intentionally and clearly resist visit, search or capture." (Section 67A of the San Remo Manual on International Law Applicable to Armed Conflicts at Sea).

This is not Mallah's first recorded instance of deranged anti-Israel hatred. In this video he attempts to intimidate the pro-Israel blogger Lumpy Grumpy & Frumpy. If you deliberately set out to write a bad book you would have a hard time outdoing Marci McDonald, whose The Armageddon Factor is so comprehensively awful that there is no reason whatsoever to ever read it. The long-time journalist has set her sights on exposing the rise of the Religious Right in Canada and its supposed coziness with Stephen Harper’s Conservative government, but the book is so rife with errors and misleading arguments that it is completely void of merit.

Hypocrisy thy name is the Canadian Jewish Congress. The CJC is in a lather because the Toronto Police Services Board listed "non-jewish shikse" as a new category of victim group. Shiksa is a pejorative term for gentile women. We had fun with that in my earlier post.
I speculated that the CJC was up in arms over the emergent Shiksa Rights Movement simply because it was an embarassment to the Jewish Community and could in fact turn the CJC's beloved hate crime laws against the community itself. This prospect must absolutely horrify the CJC given their status as Canada's premier cheerleader for our ludicrous hate speech laws such as Section 13 (1). Now I know I'm right.
Today we learn that the Toronto Police Services Board have evidently also included "Pedophiles" as a new victim group in their latest report, which is not yet public, according to this article in the National Post.
"The letter also objects to the "police" category because police already enjoy special legal protection under the Criminal Code, and "Nazi" because political beliefs are not grounds for a hate crime. The letter does not mention feminists, teachers, infidels or pedophiles."
So let me get this straight. The CJC complains about Shiksa's but says nada about pedophiles being listed as a victim group in their "Shiksa complaint letter"? Nope, No Sir, No Way, Not A Word, well I for one am glad to see the CJC has aired its priorities for public scrutiny. The CJC is right about "hate laws" being taken to absurd levels, but their objection to shiksa over pedophiles punts the CJC itself straight into self serving PC loonietoon's land.

"This joke is in appalling taste, which is the main reason it's (I think) funny; anyway the guy who told it to me was more-or-less Jewish, so that probably makes everything alright (bear with me):

Roman Polanski looks like he'll be needing funds soon, so here's what we do: BCF gets his paws on a quality tape-recorder, catches me on record telling Roman my hideously offensive joke; Polanski hauls me before the HRC on two counts, and I counter-sue over that nasty "shiksa" remark he's bound to have made.
Depraved Hollywood weidos set up a fund to cover Roman's expenses; the non-profit ShiksAppeal taxpayer-financed grievance group (I'm working on it) has me covered.
Roman and I divide the settlement; BCF gets a large kick-back for reporting it, buys Shaidle a nice sable; Ezra gets to enjoy himself demolishing his enemies, and at some point poor Burny's head explodes.
Then I slip Roman a mickey and mail him to the cops in California in a large crate. Honestly, the guy really is a creep.

There will be prizes, lots of crappy prizes, but remember the real honour is the instigation of your own personal Fatwa. The Canadian Jewish Congress is once again hoist by their own politically correct petard. First Bernie went apoplectic over the inclusion of Nazis among the newly annointed victim groups designated by the Toronto Police Services Board. Well now the CJC has got bigger concerns and they've filed a complaint.
“non Jewish Shikse” has also been added by the board and the CJC is having none of it - well none that we have actual photo's of.... yet.

Sometimes? Bernie it's always used as a pejorative, and that's why it's in the report, and why the CJC wants it out, but you knew that, hypocrite; "Shiksa is the "N" word of the Jewish community. It is so often used jokingly that we can forget that it's a vile, sexist, racist word."
The CJC, in all its arrogant stupidity, has always believed they could manage the hate crime laws, after all they helped create them. Now that golem is out of control and they find themselves "neck deep in shiksa". What's the world coming to when the CJC can no longer use their favourite term for a gentile woman of "easy virtue" or otherwise unsavoury character? Take my advice Bernie, this is not a hill to die on, before you embark on yet another fool's crusade ask yourself: What will the goyim say?
The tables are now turning and the politically correct speech codes so beloved by the CJC are proving to be a double edged sword that will increasingly be used against Jews. I wonder if Bernie and the boys will have a change of heart about censorship? Not a chance, the CJC will carry on as the Pied Piper of Political Correctness leading the Jewish community to a modern day Masada of Multicultural Madness.
