Apparently, France has decided to suspend temporarily the Schengen agreement for free movement within Europe when applied to people trying to enter the country (I just read this at a Russian news site).
The reason is a flood of Muslim refugees from Africa who got temporary Italian residence permits, which allow them to travel freely within Europe. It's nice to see how the countries in the fake union enter a panic mode and forget the Human Rights Declaration when faced with the Muslim invasion.
