It's becoming more and more evident that Islam is a death-cult devoted to the destruction of the self. Then again it was always apparent but the "progressive" left and our leaders ignored it.

From my perspective Islam in jealous of the West. Not so much that they want what we have but because our prosperity repudiates what their beloved "prophet"said. Could man have split the atom or fired rockets under a Caliphate? I sincere doubt it. We enjoy live through song and laughter-- we are happy without the paradise that Mohammed promised. They know, perhaps on some subconscious level, they live in a miserable cultural and economic with only the false promise of paradise. Thus they need to destroy what we have. Erode our rights and freedoms; leech of our welfare states; and then exert their influence because they know they can exploit the "progressives" remorse over colonialism.

There will be a day where some will say enough. It might take a few years, it make take a few decades but the west will eventually push back. There will be a reckoning one day and we are hearing the rumblings of it on the blogosphere.
