Just a bit of dumbassery by Anthony Marco, the NDP's sacrificial goat running against John Tory II. Kinsella and Farber are slavering at the thought of pulling the rug out from under him with some good old anti Nazi scare mongering and adding his supporters to the Lib vote to topple JT II.

I disagree. Reading through the entire statement, it is clear that he views religion in the same light as he views the teachings of Nazi Germany. Now, you can argue the statement was twisted a little, but not much. It is clear from the larger quote that Marco views all religions as equal, or simply a difference of "brand loyalty." I mean, if we're not as "smart" as him to not be an athiest, we might as well be following the teachings of Nazi Germany.

There is, however, something else you get from this. Reading the longer quote provided by Marco's supporters, it's clear that he is unwilling to
criticize those who would hold similar beliefs to the Nazis. Simply put, don't expect
to see him question radical Islam because, according to him, it's not
his place and why bother. This isn't, however, all of what he's said.

Apparently, according to Marco, Ontario residents are lazy (which is why there's a recession) and the reason people go to Thailand is for the auto-erotic asphyxiation (and here I thought it was for the beaches).

Clearly, this "man" is stupid, but seeing as Andrea Horwath hasn't cut him loose, one has to wonder just who is the dumber of the two.
