LOL, LOL, LOL, actualy this is completely non racist, it happens anywhere that idiots are giving licences and actually allowed to get behind the wheel of a car. I am pretty sure disney did a cartoon about this, used Goofy if I remember rightly, Someone who knows how to find those old video's would be able to find it pretty easily (was the difference from him being a pedestrian then getting behind the wheel in a t model ford).

I've spent a fair amount of time in China on business and am still amazed at the traffic there.  Amazed that there aren't more accidents; it generally flows smoothly but as a driver you have to make your chances or lose out; no one will slow down to let you in, and as a pedestrian crossing the road the best advice is: keep walking at a steady pace: The drivers will judge their swerve around you.  Even if you're on a pedestrian crossing they won't slow down or stop (ha!) .  Hesitate and they'll misjudge their swerve and you're dead.
