I have looney letters from private folks to government in the 1930s. I remember massive nonsensical protests before and during significant hostilities since WWII -many coming straight out of the concentrations of liar learning.

Clearly the only thing consistent about these 'Occupy' protests is their anti-semitism. Death to NATO, death to Israel? Doesn't that make this twit not only a traitor, BUT someone encouraging violence?

Are you kidding, Northern Thoughts? His being imprisoned in Canada for hate speech is a vain hope. In Canada, it appears that the police protect people like him, while telling pro-Israel supporters to move along and not provoke the demonstrators whose agenda is incendiary.

The name of the cop game, it seems, is to go after the folks they know won't cause trouble -- like law-abiding, contributing citizens -- while buffering the explosive types who they know will kick up a real stink if they're told to cease and desist from their rabid and radical rhetoric. The police hide behind the race/multicultural card; that is, they don't want to be called "racist" and want to be seen as being "open" and "tolerant" towards visible minorities and those who support them, while being restrictive and intolerant of genuine dissent by peaceful demonstrators who challenge the hate-speech proponents.

I no longer feel very safe in a public situation where tempers are flaring even if there is a police presence. I no longer feel that the police are on the side of law-abiding citizens. They seem to take the line of least resistance, which is to buffer the buffoons, while telling the rest of us to move on and not make a fuss. Job security and "peace, peace where there is no peace" seems to be the police officer's job description these days.
