Using the adjective "Asian" (for example) to describe someone accused of criminal activity broadens (perhaps unnecessarily) the scope of the search when the culprit is clearly not Japanese, Korean, Chinese or Cambodian. 

I think we owe these people an apology.

At least those complacent enough to hide under that umbrella term should offer one.

It's this sort of enfeebled thinking that leads the star to misreport criminal descriptions, it is rare that they describe a criminal even a murderer as black.
