minuteman – – (10:00 AM): active military people may have access to explosives on the job, but they are highly controlled and they tend not to take them home at the end of the work day. In the Canadian army, at the end of any training exercise or work involving ammunition of any type, the officer or NCO in charge forms up the troops and one by one they declare in front of everyone that "I have no live rounds, empty casings or pyrotechnics in my possession sir!'
