The recent public statements by Mr. Stephane Gendron the Mayor of Huntingdon, Quebec is a violation of the Charter of Rights of Canada and a threat to the security of the Jewish Community. As CTV reports, the rant wasn’t Gendron’s first offense; he had been removed in the past from the airwaves following complaints after comparing Israelis to Nazis in a newspaper interview.
The Jewish Defence League will picket outside the offices of Mayor Stephane Gendron and demand that he is fired or steps down as Mayor.

Very good to hear that someone is standing up to this spouter of hatred and lies. He's a MAYOR of a Quebec community, a CANADIAN POLITICAL LEADER, and as yet no one has stood up to him! Is this mindset typical of those Quebecois in his electoral district? Their silence implies either apathy or collusion.
I heard about Gendron more than once from Honest Reporting Canada. I would recommend that everyone subscribe to both Honest Reporting Canada and Israel-based Honest Reporting. Both are valuable sources.

Actually, the Gendron case is a perfect example of the cost that we must bare for having lost the propaganda war. Gendron speaks as an "informed" person, even though the information he reveals has been twisted for political usage. I believe that our side (and Israel) has highly underestimated the genious of the MB propaganda machine.

In this light, most folks seem ignorant of Islam, giving it the benefit of the doubt when our ancestors had no doubts Islam had no benefit. And "Palestinians?" Their "self-determination" is based on "finishing the work of Hitler" (the deathcamps the Mufti of Jerusalem cheered and planned to set up in the ME after Hitler won) while they claim the Holocaust had nothing to do with them. It's possible to know Hitler was uber focused on killing Jews once he understood he couldn't win his wars. It's also possible to know Hitler admired the Muslim warrior and the Mufti established a Bosnian Muslim SS that was never engaged in WWII. And still, the Holocaust is not the reason for Israel even though the irony of the Mufti helping Hitler then pleading ignorance is rich. But none of the above is possible to know if all one knows is what one's been taught by agenda-driven agents of "change"—from facts to feelings for an ego-friendly "learning" environment.

My comment was regarding the lack of consistency between your previous examples on jew hatred and the statement "typically French though in thought". This is were a foot was seen hitting a bullet.
Your added explanation and context about the numbing harm of the welfare mindset (which, although not typically French) made it much clearer what you meant. It's a point well taken, let's scrap equalization.

In Huntington, I think that the office of the mayor is in his basement.
Maybe you should bus in the JDL and supporters. It would be safer.
I can assure you that he is not liked by many in the town of Huntingdon, and they try to stand up to him. However, every thime someone does, he either takes them to court, or just ignores them all together. CTV came to Huntingdon on Jan. 20, and interviewed citizens that dislike him, but then they called Gendron, and he said something to CTV that made them decide not to run the interview. We no longer want him as our Mayor. He does what he wants, when he wants, and does not take anyone else into consideration.

Sounds like this little man uses the legal system to protect his vile behaviour, and he may well be able to twist it his way. However, he has already made his very small mark on history as an illustration of how not to live one's life, and we await him to fade into a timely obscurity. This coward would never have the courage to look into the eyes of those he slanders.
Let's hope that he doesn't influence too many more minds. Especially young minds.
I do not believe what that mayor said was that the Jews in Israel should not exist. There is a line to be drawn between willing hurt to people and thinking that a rogue state that consistently violates human rights should be held accountable for it's laundry list of wrongs. The Jewish people living in diaspora who chose to move to Palestine and steal land are no better than the settlers of the new world in terms of attrocious attitudes towards fellow human beings, in the case of Palestinians, also arguably native peoples; another parallel easily drawn. One would think that the Jews, a people who have been through quite a lot throughout history would be more inclined to forge peace with the other semetic people within and around Palestine/Israel. Instead Israeli officials usurp their land, imprison their people, lump them into ghettos eerily reminiscent of WW2 era Nazi ghettos. To top it off the IDF kills and mails humanitarian aid workers, one of which was a Jewish halocaust survivor. Your hate mongering is pathetic, I would love to see the world at large wake up to the atrocious and cruel deeds and methods of Israel and cut funding to an apartheid colonial regime. Just because someone feels Israel is doing horrid things (which many, many people strongly feel - clearly myself included) does not make them Nazi sympathizers. It is quite possible to have a serious disdain for Israel whilst not having that same disdain for Jews who care for their fellow human and do not support the apartheid and colonial regime currently occupying Palestine. Anti-Israeli sentiment does not equate to anti-semitism for people willing to think just a tiny bit. It likely works out to be one and the same for you lot, but much cannot be expected of you in terms of actually thinking, mob mentality doesn't usually stretch farther than sheer and complete stupidity.
Apartheid does not apply to the Israeli State, how dare you use a term that represented a way of life for many blacks in South Africa.
