Heh, once you start teaching that we are born already sexual beings with innate sexual identities maybe you're not that far from the mindset of the medieval age when they put animals on trial for crimes.
More than likely the boy who complained was just doing what he was told he should do when touched in the groin area - tell an adult and he did.
The good touch/bad touch and stranger danger lessons taught to every kindergarten and first grader, in both Canada and the USA, are difficult concepts for most 5 and 6 year old children to grasp.
Developmentally, children until at least age 8, are concrete thinkers. Abstract ideas are converted to concrete ones. Intent and context are abstract making it very difficult for a child to differentiate between a touch that is sexually motivated from one that is not .
Despite all attempts by the teacher to explain the abstract differences, context, and what is sexual and what is not, it goes over their heads and they reduce the information to concepts they can understand such as good and bad, fear, and danger.
What kids take away from the lesson is that it is bad to be touched in the groin area by anyone so tell an adult.
What's bizarre is the fact the teacher and principle, who should understand context and intent, acted like a 6 year old and called this incident a sexual assault.

A very messed up state, however there is now an out migration, californians are now messing up the states they moved to.
That's nothing, I know of a Children's Aid investigation in Toronto of an 18 month old boy accused of sexually assaulting an 18 month old girl in a day care centre. At that age no child is allowed to be alone with another child. It would have been impossible.
The city and provincial inspectors actually laughed when it was reported to them as required by law.
Some people just have no common sense at all. This seems to be particularly true of schools and social workers (trained in the same "progressive system).
Go on, you're kidding right?
Time to put some of these "teachers" in straight jackets, Off to the funny farm with them.
Behind this is the same perverse forces dedicated to the sexualization of children.
I'm forwarding this over to Dennis Prager. He loves these kind of stories. He helped out a couple 4 years olds who were charged with sexual assault for slap-butt day.
First thing he'll say, "How much do you want to make a bet that the principal is a woman?"
