Perhaps I missed something despite having read the article twice, the only mention of sexual harassment was in the articles headline; the description in the article itself was more that of the eunuchs displaying rudeness and being an unruly group.

In India, sometimes the eunchs create problems during weddings (act seductively and embarass the wedding guests), and you have to pay them off.
