Blaze, thanks for outing John Doyle of the Globe and Mail as a left-fascist. For he is certainly that. My anger towards this Stalinist started when he did a Globe column slamming Martin Himmel's "Confrontation at Concordia" -- a worthwhile documentary that aired on Global TV. In this documentary, Himmel exposed the rancid anti-Semitism of the Muslim extremists, when they jostled elderly Jews and prevented Benjamin Netanyahu from speaking.
I recall that, in the Dolye column, he said that the physical intimidation of Jewish people coming to hear Netanyahu was nothing to be concerned about. But naturally, given John Doyle's extremism, the leftist Globe and Mail gives his column high priority. On occasion I have written short pithy letters objecting to Doyle's extremism. Needless to say, the Globe's letters editor has spikes all of my letters. Can't have any criticism of John Doyle, can we?

The far-left National Film Board did another doc, "Discordia", tilting most of the film towards supporting anti-Semitism at Concordia.

John Doyle should stick to the one thing he knows something about: footy (soccer). I read a sample of the comments on the G&M site, and was not surprised. But the irony is that if SunTV's audience share is so low, people of any political persuasion are missing out on some solid journalism. Sometimes Ezra is overly repetitive and bombastic but...his coverage of the pipeline hearings in Edmonton was spectacular. Investigative journalism at its best. Facts were checked, deadpan interviews with some of the deputant moochers. Wonderful. The CBC would not touch this issue.
Meantime, CBC does a good piece of investigation on Cold FX, and lays out a pretty devastating case on why their product ain't what it's promoted to be. But the CBC continues to advertise Cold FX every single day! Haven't seen their loyal viewers jumping on that.
