Sweden to Chabad: No Jewish Homeschooling

This may be a case of people not part of the problem getting caught in the solution.

They don't trust home- schooling in Europe. I read about about a German family who got asylum status in the US because Germany doesn't allow home-schooling. If the kids don't go to school they won't get the proper brain-washing.

Home schooling is the least of Europe's problem. Schools and Mosques (that they do  not monitor) is where the hardcore danger is to be found. People will educate their children according to their values and there is nothing the state can do about that. What goes on in someone's home is his/her business in a free state. Jewish education involves the study laws, morals and a good deal of reason and debate. Islamic education involves a lot of emphasis on moral superiority over infidels, jihad, study of brutal sharia and with no debate or discussion (case closed, Islam is the only path).

Europe has welcomed Islam at the same time it has welcomed millions of Muslims. They are not required to leave their prejudice and hate behind - they are allowed to cultivate their animosity towards their hosts and express that hate in howsoever they see fit.

Europe has chosen to regard the enemy as their own culture and Judea-Christian values - they are opening the doors to the Islamification of Europe. Preventing Jews from studying their Torah is another way to appease the Islamists by setting up a false equation between all religious people that does not exist.

I'm mixed on this one.  In all honesty, I have no problem with jews, sikhs, devout christians, et al doing home schooling or even getting reasonable religious exemptions.

The problem is that if you give them exemptions, guess who else is going to want them too?  8 ^?  

And then you'll have the private madrassas popping up, which are basically just jihadi camps.

It is a hard choice, but then again you could do like Hungary and refuse to recognize Islam as a valid religion.
