OMG! It's Worse Than Hitler's Germany! Language tests coming for some immigrants

That didn't take long: "This is a racist move by a racist Conservative Govt. Canada is a multicultural country, not a european one. By testing just English, they are descriminateing against those from other cultures, language is a important part of culture. Why not test for any UN recognized language, English, French, Bantu Swahili, Russian, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish."
