Yusuf al- Qaradawi - Kill All Pro Syrian Government Supporters

There it is entitled: NATO Mufti Issues Fatwa To Kill All Pro Syrian Gov Supporters.

The date of the posting on the news site is January 5 2013, but I am unable to date the video. Qaradawi has previously issued a Fatwa condemning the Syrian regime as "Heretical" , but this is the first I have seen him discussing it on film.
